Initial Inspection - we will assess the condition of your panels
Panel health check- We complete a free detail inspection on your panels, checking the condition and the safety of your system
Specialised cleaning - Using pure water we will use our specially designed solar panel cleaning equipment to clean your panels
Restoration- Your panels will be restored back to new
Optimised Performance - You will be maximizing your input and generating as much money as possible
Report - We send before and after photos to yourself as well as a report on the health check

Safety is our first priority. We begin by assessing the panels and securing the area before setting up our professional reach-and-wash systems. Majority of our work is carried out from the head of a ladder

We use ultra-pure deionised water to lift dirt and minerals. This ensures a streak-free finish without the need for harsh chemicals. All the equipment is designed for solar panels
Quality Check
Every panel is inspected to ensure it is perfectly clear. We check for any structural issues and confirm the panels are ready for maximum output.
Report
Before leaving, we provide a brief update on the condition of your system and offer advice on keeping them clean and efficient. We then send a report and pictures through to the customer

What time will you arrive?
We provide a specific time slot for every booking either AM or PM. We will then update you on a more specific time the day before your clean
Do I need to turn my solar system off?
No, there is no need to turn your system off. Your panels can remain fully active and generating power throughout the entire cleaning process. There is a certain panel from 2012 -2013 that we isolate but these panels are very rare.
Will you need access to my house?
Usually, we won't need to enter your home. As long as we have clear access to where the panels are, we can complete the work while you go about your day.
What if the weather is bad?
We can clean panels in the rain perfectly well. However, in cases of high winds or extreme heat, we will contact you to reschedule for the next safest opportunity.
